With a background in law enforcement, nursing, and entrepreneurship, Tyvonne brings over 30 years of experience to her business, driven by a deep commitment to providing clients with excellence, service, and success.

Tyvonne’s career began in law enforcement, where she developed a strong sense of discipline, trustworthiness, and a commitment to helping others. These core values—instilled through her years of service in the police force—serve as the foundation of her approach to customer service today. On January 24, 2017, Tyvonne’s life took a pivotal turn when a slip and fall accident while pregnant left her with a life-changing injury. Faced with a new reality, she made the brave decision to redirect her career path and pursue a different, more fulfilling life. With the skills she had gained in law enforcement and nursing, she launched Pivotal Moments LLC on August 8, 2024, just days after a personal divorce on August 2, 2024. This experience gave her a deep understanding of adversity and the drive to help others navigate their own pivotal moments with dignity and success.
